We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Global Sky Diamonds. Due to the unique nature and high value of our jewelry and timepieces, we offer the following return and refund terms:

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of the original delivery date.

• Item must be unworn, in original condition, with all original packaging, certificates, and tags intact.

• Custom orders, engraved pieces, or specially sourced items (e.g. GIA stones, personalized designs, or modified watches) are non-refundable.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges may be allowed on a case-by-case basis within 7 days, subject to inspection and availability.

Damage or Defects

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@globalskydiamond.com within 48 hoursof delivery.

• We will provide a return shipping label and resolve the issue promptly.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@globalskydiamond.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not ship your item back without prior approval.
